HEADLINER / SHOPIFY ONLINE STORE 2.0
A practical setup system for releases, tour campaigns, fan growth, and focused merchandise stores. No code required.
START HERE
Headliner installs with polished neutral defaults. Connect the identity, catalog, content, and links that make the storefront yours.
In Shopify Admin, open Online Store > Themes and upload the Headliner theme ZIP. Keep it unpublished while you configure it.
Open Theme settings > Brand. Add your artist name, logo, favicon, sharing image, fonts, colors, and social profiles.
Replace the hero, release cards, artist story, dates, merch collection, and newsletter copy with your real content.
Create products, variants, media, inventory, shipping data, and a merch collection. Select that collection in Merch preview.
Assign menus, streaming destinations, ticket links, policies, contact details, and the built-in release archive.
Check phone, tablet, and desktop layouts. Test variants, cart, checkout, forms, search, keyboard navigation, and every public link.
Do not upload the full Headliner Launch Kit package. The Shopify-ready ZIP is clearly named inside the kit.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Many commerce features render only when Shopify has eligible data or configuration. Confirm the product, market, payment, pickup, selling-plan, recommendation, account, or app setting first.
Included support covers Headliner setup guidance, existing settings, and reproducible defects in unmodified theme code. Custom design, code, content entry, and app integrations are separate work.
Open a support ticket, choose the closest technical category, begin the subject with CRITICAL, and include the affected storefront URL, impact, reproduction steps, browser or device, screenshots, and recent changes.
Include your store URL, Headliner version, preview URL when unpublished, browser and device, expected and actual behavior, exact reproduction steps, screenshots or video, and whether the issue reproduces on an unmodified copy.
The response target is within two business days. Critical reproducible defects that prevent browsing or purchasing are prioritized. Response time is a target, not a guaranteed resolution time.
No theme can guarantee compliance for merchant content, color choices, apps, or custom code. Headliner provides accessible foundations and Shopify app-block support; merchants remain responsible for their complete storefront.
